WE MAKE GOOD STUFF Company Limited distributes products legally and all products are legally licensed. Product details shown on the website are as accurate as the manufacturer has provided. Product images displayed on the website are close to reality but may differ slightly in color or style from the actual product due to the resolution of your display device.

- Customers who have already registered must be logged in to access the system. If you have not yet registered, you can press the “Register” button and fill in the details.
- On my account page, you must fill in the details of name, surname, contact number, e-mail address, and shipping address. Please verify that the information is complete and correct because after payment is confirmed, you will be notified of the order confirmation via registered email and the product will be automatically shipped out to the specified shipping address that you filled out before making the payment.
- You can view the details of each product on the website. When you are satisfied with the product, you can add the product to the cart.
- When finished shopping, you can make a payment by pressing the “ Proceed to Payment ” button.
- On the payment processing page, a list of the items in the cart will be displayed the cost of the item, the shipping cost (if applicable), and the total amount. You can modify or cancel the order before confirming the order.
- You must confirm your purchase before proceeding to the next payment process.
- After the payment is completed, you will be notified of the order confirmation and delivery schedule via registered email.
- The company reserves the right that customers cannot cancel or cannot change the product details in the order such as design, size, color, etc. after the payment has been completed.
The price of the product is shown in the description of each product. It is the product price including 7% VAT but excludes other expenses such as delivery costs, etc.

- Please verify that the shipping address is correct and complete. Customers can adjust their name, telephone number, and shipping address before order confirmation. After ordering, the company reserves the right to amend or change the delivery address details.
- Always select the correct destination country for shipping as it affects shipping fees.
- While processing the order, the website will show the shipping fee of the order.
- Shipping fees depend on each country and the weight of the parcel.
- Estimated delivery times are within 3-7 business days in Thailand and within 10-20 business days overseas, depending on each country's shipping address and shipping conditions.
- For orders that shipped internationally, in some cases, the customer must contact customs to pay additional import duties or shipping charges at the destination address or have to contact to pick it up by themselves depending on the conditions of each country. a receipt to be used as evidence of tax payment can be requested via [email protected]
- The company is responsible for tracking orders or responsible for damage and loss of the product from ordering and delivery through the company's system only. The company is not responsible for tracking orders or responsible for damage or loss caused by delivery through the shopping carrier, the delivery service recipient, or the delivery company that the customers contact to use the service by themselves.
- The company is not responsible for damage, or loss of products that occur during delivery by the delivery company. Customers must contact the delivery company to claim the product by themselves.
- The company is responsible for damage or loss of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt for orders shipped in Thailand and within 7 days from the date of receipt for orders shipped abroad according to the status of the delivery company
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs if the product is returned to the warehouse due to the inability to deliver to the destination and the warehouse must deliver the product again.
The Company asks for your cooperation to take a video while opening the package for checking that the product received is complete and in perfect condition and as evidence for claiming the product if the product has been damaged caused by the company's error or from the logistics company (some orders may contain more than one box)
**If there is no video, the company reserves the right not to change or return the product in any case**
The Company reserves the right that once the product has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except if the product has been damaged due to production, or an error caused by the company. In these situations, we will exchange or refund with the following conditions:
- The products can be exchanged or returned due to the wrong item received or does not match the order or proof of payment.
- The products can be exchanged or returned due to their defectiveness, damage from the product itself, or cannot be used since receiving the product.
- The product can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for domestic orders and within 7 days from the date of receipt for international orders according to the status of the delivery company.
- The Company will take approximately 1-7 business days to inspect the product after the date of receiving the returned product from the customer.
- The exchanged or returned product must be in 100% perfect condition, with no damaged tags, all accessories are still intact, and have not been used such as washing, cleaning, ironing, etc.
- The Company refuses to accept returns in case the customer is dissatisfied with the product but the product has already been used.
- The replacement product must have a value equal to the original product. If a value exceeds the original product, the customer must pay for the difference in the product incurred (if any).
- The Company reserves the right not to exchange the product if the customer does not send the product back to the company.
- If the product is out of stock or has been discontinued, the customer will receive only a full refund of the product value excluding shipping fee The refund will be processed within 14 working days.
- Customer has to be responsible for the shipping fee in case of the parcel was returned to the warehouse due to unsuccessful shipping and the warehouse has to ship out the parcel again.
